For a couple years now I've been able to create marketing materials for the music festivals of Juneau Jazz & Classics. Using the fun brand color palette I took the original blue and added black to be able to create the darker blue seen throughout the branding for the Spring Music Festival seen below.

 

By using a darker shade of the brand blue I am able to stay on brand while going for the dark jazzier feel that was requested. I continued to play off the jazz theme by throwing in a funky colored instrument pattern and using fun angles with pops of color.
