Here’s how I have ChatGPT help me in my business.
1. Repurpose Podcast Show Notes into Instagram posts
After I write my show notes I create an Instagram post that goes along with it. I copy a section or two from the show notes into ChatGPT and then I ask it to rewrite the copy into an Instagram caption.
Prompt inspiration: Turn this into an Instagram Post with a hook for the first sentence, a clear body, and an ending paragraph for a call to action to listen to the podcast or read the blog for more information. Write it in a [friendly] tone. [paste paragraph here]
Know that I ALWAYS go in and add a human touch because I definitely think you can tell when something is written by a computer.
2. Writing Emails
ChatGPT is a great assistant for writing emails.
Prompt inspiration: Write me an email for a client who has stopped paying their monthly fee. The tone should be professional and firm. I want them to know that the project has stopped and will be put on hold until payments resume.
Not only will it give me the entire email but it gives me the subject line as well.
3. Proofreading and Editing
When I go to present a logo to a client I put my logo concepts in a logo presentation along with a short paragraph about why I designed the logo this way and my ideas behind it.
I love to use ChatGPT to further edit what I have originally written using a prompt like: Make this logo description better, clear and concise, without filler words and written in a professional but friendly and easygoing tone: [paste info here]
Remember to always go in and add your own personal touch. Don’t be lazy, trust me adding your own personality will make all the difference.

![There is so much that goes into the process of building a website and what's great about Chat GPT is that you can use it to streamline certain parts of your process.
If you are also a web designer, this is going to be a game changer for your process or if you're building your own DIY website this will save you so much time. If you're not feeling creative, this will help jog your creativity and bring inspiration to your website.
Here are the 3 ways I use Chat GPT as my website design assistant
1. Create a Website Outline
Prompt Inspiration: I'm creating a website for a [photographer]. Can you create a website outline for all the sections I should include for the [home page]? I want to make sure people get all the information they need on the homepage if it's the only page they visit.
2. Writing Web Copy
Prompt inspiration: I'm designing a one page website for a restaurant named [restaurant name]. Can you write 3 - 5 sentences for the about section on the homepage? Make sure it's in a conversational tone and includes this information:[enter info]
3. Writing Meta Descriptions for SEO
Prompt Inspiration: Write the meta description for the about page in 500 characters or less. Please incorporate all or some of these keywords: [paste keywords]
Once you enter your prompts add your human touch and voila, you saved HOURS of work.
